HOW TO WASH A FEATHER PILLOW

HOW TO WASH A FEATHER PILLOW

The first question we ask ourselves with our pillow is, can I wash it? If your pillow is made of feathers or down, the answer is yes. Apart from being very soft pillows , one of the benefits of their natural fillings is that they are easy to maintain. You should wash your feather pillow about twice a year, since not only can our sweat accumulate, but also dust, mold or bacteria.

The most important thing when washing your down pillow is to dry it completely at the end. To begin with, before putting your feather pillow in the washing machine, you have to take into account whether the feathers are natural or synthetic. This is because it is not recommended to wash feather pillows, which are natural, while synthetic ones can be washed in the washing machine.
