The foam pillows are usually polyurethane.
Among them are those made of viscoelastic material that have a "memory effect", that is, for a few seconds it maintains the shape of the head and neck even if it changes position, which makes it not very suitable for those who move a lot.

How to care for and preserve your pillow

Once chosen, it is important that you take good care of your pillow, you will extend its useful life, which can extend up to about 5 years.
