How to choose a dining table
If I could give just 1 advice to anyone who wants to change the dinner table, it would be this:

Choose a dining table that works for your lifestyle TODAY, not a lifestyle you'd like to have.

You don't need an 8-seat table if you never see anyone, get it?

Follow these steps so you don't make a mistake when choosing your dinner table:

1. Accept your space
If your space is small, embrace it and prefer to create a cozy corner rather than trying to squeeze a large table into it.

Use a low table pendant or a floor lamp and pillows to accent the intimate corner character.

2. Use what you already have
Before withdrawing your credit card, ask yourself: Do you really need to change the table? If only changing the chairs, or some chairs does not solve?

Remember, dining tables are expensive furniture and are always half hidden by chairs. Often changing chairs for more charming models already changes the face of the decor.

3. Decide which format is best suited to your space
If you've decided that the table really should be replaced, the first step is to determine which format is best suited to your space.

Rectangular

• The rectangular table is the most common and most used type. It is also the best format when you need to accommodate more than 4 people.
• A rectangular table works best if your space also has this shape.

Round

• A round table works well in small spaces and square-shaped spaces.
• The round table creates a more cozy and intimate atmosphere and brings people together, which is why it is the best format for a small group (up to 6 people).
• A very large round table, however, puts too much distance between people and makes it difficult to serve.

Square

• The square table, recently in fashion for being visually beautiful, seats 8 people but only works in generous spaces.
• For 4 people, a round table works best.

Oval

• The oval table is very similar to the rectangular table but takes up less space because of the rounded corners.

4. Set the table size considering comfort

Squeezing meals, bumping elbows with the neighbor or squished between the table and the wall, nobody deserves it, right?

Consider that a person occupies 60 to 75 cm when sitting at the table.

Round tables with tops from 100 to 120cm in diameter are the best choice for small spaces and accommodate 4 to 6 people.

A small rectangular table from 80×120 to 140cm also accommodates 6 people but needs more space to circulate around it.

Before buying your table, measure your space. So:

• Cut out pieces of newspaper the size of the table you are considering purchasing and place on the floor in the dining area.
• Leave 70 to 90cm free (90cm is ideal, less than 70cm not recommended) between the table and other furniture (such as sideboards and buffets) and walls.
• If the table is to the side of a passage, the ideal is to leave at least 100cm free to allow one person to pass comfortably while another is seated.
• Also measure the space occupied by the chairs to make sure that the model you have chosen is not too bulky for the table. Prefer to save space with chairs "dry" or using a bench on one side of the table.

5. Choose the design
The design of the table should be chosen taking into account the design of the chairs. Place the table next to the chairs before buying to make sure the combination is harmonious.

BARBECUE & STEAK CART
This model, new in Brazil, comes with 3 plans, polyethylene board for cutting meat and other foods. Widely used in the gourmet area, it has an excellent finish and allows all barbecue items to be organized in the same place.

PLATFORM CAR FOR TRANSPORTING SACKS
The cart for transporting sacks is flat and low. It has 5-inch wheels to take a lot of weight. The front ones are fixed and the rear ones swivel and have a brake. They carry up to 300 kg and are also made of 304 steel. They have a strong handle and are pushed or pulled by a single person. In addition to the bags, they can be used for several other purposes, from receiving products to moving them inside the kitchen.

BAKERY SKELETONS

DISH DRAINER CAR
This cart is often used for draining and transporting dishes. It has 3 floors and each floor holds 58 dishes. At the bottom there is a collecting tray so that the water does not fall on the floor. • It is not allowed to transport food together with people and animals.
• Hygiene and disinfection methods must be adequate to the characteristics of the products and transport vehicles.
• The materials used to protect and secure the cargo (ropes, tarpaulins, plastics and others) must not constitute a source of contamination or damage to the product, and must be disinfected together with the transport vehicle. Loading and/or unloading must not represent a risk of contamination, damage or deterioration of the product and/or food raw material.
• The means of transporting the prepared food must be sanitized, and measures taken to ensure the absence of vectors and urban pests.
• Sanitation operations must be carried out by employees who are proven to be capable and frequently to guarantee the maintenance of these conditions and minimize the risk of contamination of the food.
• Taking all these precautions, you will choose the most suitable restaurant cart for your use, and still stay within the standards and regulatory body of the industry.
