8 psychological techniques to deal with stress and anxiety


Many scholars consider stress and anxiety to be the hallmarks of our century. 8. Don't be a victim of perfectionism

Success is not a straight line, although it seems that way when we look at who is successful. Problems happen in everyone's life, people fail and need to start over and you are not immune to it. To charge for perfection is absurd because it is not fair to you - besides, many people who are perfectionists to the extreme are just as cruel to themselves, because they would be unable to charge both friends and co-workers, for example. That is: why do you do with yourself what you would not do with others?
