Steps to follow:

To start, do your manicure as usual, file your nails, remove your cuticles, ....

Apply normal nail polish first, one coat will suffice. You can even apply several colors, half a nail of one color, the other half of another, ... take your imagination.

Once the normal enamel layer is dry, apply the cracking nail polish, let it act for the time indicated by the manufacturer, it is usually 3 to 5 minutes. You will see how little by little the enamel is cracking.
